Ordering

Once an order is placed, payment will automatically be debited from the card details you supplied through the PayPal system. Notification of your order will be emailed, detailing the products you have ordered and the total cost.

Gloves and Balls reserve the right to cancel an order due to non-authorisation of payment or the product being out of stock.

Delivery

Whilst most orders will be dispatched within 5 working days, there may be occasions during busier times of the Fives season, when orders will take a little longer. In this instance the customer will be notified by email of the estimated delivery date.

Delivery charges (including handling and packaging costs) are clearly stated at the point of check out. Depending on the delivery method selected, tracking information may be available from the relevant courier. We will provide details to you by email.

If an error has been made and you receive incorrect products or quantities of goods, please contact us on 07852 592785 or mail@glovesandballs.com within 3 days of receipt of the goods.

When contacting us please always include the invoice number for reference.

International delivery

For international orders please contact us on mail@glovesandballs.com for current details of methods and costs for deliveries outside of the United Kingdom.

Please note some countries may charge import duties on shipments; these are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

Prices

Whilst we endeavour to maintain the same prices throughout a Fives season and/or 12 month period, there may be occasions when prices are revised without notice. This may be due to price increases passed on to us by our suppliers or by other costs Gloves and Balls have incurred.

Guarantee

Whilst the nature of most sports equipment gradually succumbs to wear and tear, we want you to be happy with your order. If an item is faulty, or deteriorates with an unreasonable short amount of usage, we will of course replace the item concerned. Please contact us, mail@glovesandballs.com, to provide details of any item that does not live up to your expectation.

Description of Goods

We make every effort to provide accurate information for all products. There may be occasions however, where there is variation in the colour, pattern or other details from the picture provided. We will always do our utmost to match the product with that chosen by the customer.

Returns, exchanges and order cancellations

We of course hope you are happy with your purchase. If however, it should be necessary to return any item please notify us by email on mail@glovesandballs.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

Returns
Goods must be unused and returned in their original packaging and condition and received by Gloves and Balls within 10 days of the date of delivery. Please note Gloves and Balls does not pay the cost of return postage. To assist with any claims we recommend that you use a recorded postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit.

Refunds
A refund, at the purchase price, will be issued once goods have been received and checked by Gloves and Balls. Please note refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item please contact us by email, mail@glovesandballs.com, within 10 days of receiving your order. Please state which item(s) it is you wish to return and which item(s) you wish to receive in exchange. On receipt of the returned goods we will send the exchanged items directly to you.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to the point at which goods are despatched. Please contact Gloves and Balls on mail@glovesandballs.com.

We are sorry, but we are unable to accept the return of customised items, unless faulty.

Payment

We accept all major credit/debit cards, except American Express.

We also accept payment by bank transfer and cheque; please contact us for further details, mail@glovesandballs.com, if you wish to use either of these methods of payment.

Please note, goods will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared. Any fees incurred in transferring payment remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
